Peanut Butter & Salted Caramel Popcorn Chocolate Bark

R E C I P E

This has to be one of my new faves! It's perfect to nibble on just sat at home infront of a series or 2 but also makes the perfect little gift to give to someone. Or, even as an after dinner treat to satisfy that sweet craving.

Ingredients:
- 200g Milk Chocolate
- 1 heaped tablespoon of Joe & Seph's Salted Caramel Sauce
- 3/4 packet of Joe & Seph's Peanut Butter Popcorn
- Pinch of sea salt


Method:
> Start by breaking up the chocolate and melting over a bain-maries (or in the microwave)
> Line a baking tray or large chopping board with baking paper
> Crush some popcorn pieces and set aside - Tip: Leave some whole pieces too for bigger chunks
> Once the chocolate has melted, pour over the baking paper and spread evenly (but not too thin)
> Drizzle over the Salted Caramel Sauce
> Sprinkle over the popcorn pieces and bits
> Pop straight into the fridge to set for an hour or 2
> Once it's set, remove from the fridge and break into shards - Enjoy whilst cold!
