Fig & Mascarpone Breakfast Bruschetta

R E C I P E :

- 1 - 2 slices of fresh sourdough rye bread
- Fresh figs
- Mascarpone
- Honey
- Crushed walnuts
- Fresh mint leaves

> Start by lightly toasting the bread.
> Slather on a thick layer of mascarpone.
> Thinly slice up some figs and place on top of the mascarpone layer.
> Top with a drizzle of honey and a sprinkling of crushed walnuts.
