Chocolate Orange Brownies With Joe & Sephs Popcorn

R E C I P E :

- 185g 70% dark chocolate
- 85g plain flour
- 185g unsalted butter
- 40g cocoa powder
- 250g caster sugar
- 50g milk chocolate
- 3 eggs

Pre-heat your oven to 180c

> Melt the butter and dark chocolate together in a large bowl over a bain marie - Stir occasionally. Once melted, leave to cool.
> In a separate bowl, sieve and mix together the cocoa powder, flour.
> In a bowl, break the eggs and add in the sugar. Using a whisk, combine until smooth and creamy. It should turn into a pale yellow mix.
> Pour the chocolate mix into the egg mixture and fold through with a spatula.
> Mix in the dry mixture and fold once again, being careful not to knock out too much air.
> Finally, chop up the milk chocolate into chunks and add in to the mixture. Mix well so they are fully incorporated.
> Line a square tin (20 x 20cm) with parchment paper.
> Pour the mixture into the tin and bake for 20-25 mins. I tend to enjoy my brownies slightly under-done so they're all gooey and fudgey so perhaps check after 15/20 mins time and judge from there by using a toothpick to check the middle.
> Allow to cool before drizzling over Joe & Seph's dreamy salted caramel chocolate orange sauce. Then generously top with their Chocolate Orange popcorn too.
> Cut into squares - Serve and enjoy!
