Ingredients:
- Oats
- Coconut Milk
- Coconut yogurt
- Fresh blackberries
- Fresh Figs
- Pistachios
- Honey / Agave Nectar
- Coconut flakes
Method:
> Simply add the oats and coconut milk to a pan and simmer over a low heat until it starts to bubble and thicken. Keep stirring so it doesn't stick or go gloopy.
> Once done, transfer the porridge to a bowl and top with the coconut yogurt, flakes, fresh fruits, crushed pistachios and a healthy drizzle of honey or agave nectar, whatever you prefer.
