They come in handy individually wrapped pouches making them super easy to pop in your bag for a mid-morning or afternoon snack, whilst on the go. And, BONUS, they have 2 varieties which have 35% & 45% less sugar than the average high-street biscuit. 35% less sugar - that's crazy.. Like, impressive crazy but still.. crazy! The 2 varieties are below and so is my verdict...
- Nairn’s Gluten Free Chunky Biscuit Breaks Oats, Blueberry & Raspberry (45% less sugar)
I tried the Chunky Oats, Dark Chocolate & Coconut and honestly, they were delicious! I think I've found a new favourite breakfast & snack. They were filling, tasty, not too coconutty (an important factor for me) and were perfectly sweet. I really liked the texture and the 'chunky' element to these biscuits. They go perfectly with a hot cuppa tea or even a hot chocolate.
