Pistachio & Dark Chocolate Muffins

I love the combination of dark chocolate with pistachio! In fact, any nuts with chocolate! Actually, just chocolate in general, with anything...This recipe with Nut Kitchen is super easy but the addition of their Pistachio paste makes it just that extra bit more indulgent.
What you'll need:

-300g Plain Flour (gf)
-225g Sugar
-250ml Milk
-120g Butter
-2 Eggs
-100g Chocolate Chips - I used dark chocolate (70%)
-2tsp Baking Powder (gf)
-20g (1tbsp) Nut Kitchen Pistachio Paste
-Pinch of salt

How to make:
Pre-heat your oven to 180 fan.

> In a bowl place the melted butter, eggs, pinch of salt and milk.
> In a separate bowl add together the flour, sugar, and baking powder and mix.
> Combine the two mixtures.
> Add in the pistachio paste and mix.
> Add in the chocolate chips and mix.
> Take a tablespoon of the mixture and pour into muffin cases.
> Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Best served warm whilst the chocolate drops are all warm and gooey. Also rather delicious served with a dollop of cream or creme fraiche.
