Courgette, Ricotta & Basil Quiche

I recently had the pleasure of catering for Karuna Clayton Photography's workshop at Rye London Studio. Quiche is one of my fave go-to recipes when hosting a lunch - It's so easy to make, it's filling and it's perfect for any occasion; no matter what the season. I love experimenting with different flavours for quiche fillings and decided to go for something vegetarian this time. Double Chocolate Biscotti with Pistachios

It's Italian week on The Great British Bake Off this week so what better recipe to share than biscotti! 
Considering I'm the biggest chocolate fan I had to make my own chocolatey version of this Italian classic. Which is also why I've teamed up with the brilliant Doisy & Dam (again! - you can check out my recipe from last year's GBBO D&D bake-off here) to bring you this special recipe.

Miso Black Rice Bowl

Now that the weather is getting slightly colder, I'm starting to reach for more comforting dishes like this one. I'm not willing to commit to full soup recipes just yet (I don't want to admit defeat on Winter. There really is no real 'recipe' as such for these delicious super simple sweet potato fries BUT I do believe in making quick and easy recipes and this is just that. So, whip out your chopping board and some sweet potatties and let's get the show on the road.
