Easy Green Smoothie


Nothing fancy, nothing complicated, just a great tasting quick and easy green smoothie to get your day off to a great start! Jam packed full of nutrients, vitamins, antioxidants and goodness.

What you'll need:
-A handful of spinach leaves
-1 apple
-1 pear
-1/2tsp of matcha green tea powder (Clearspring)
-A cup of coconut milk (Alpro)
-A cube of ginger

How to make:

>Using a nutribullet, simply place all the ingredients listed above into your nutribullet.
>Before blitzing; I tend to add a dash of water along with the coconut milk so it's not too thick (add as much or as little as you like) - You can also add ice cubes.
>Then, blend away for a good minute until nice and smooth, pour into your fave glass/ jam jar and enjoy.
