Vitamin C Smoothie

So, as many of you who follow me on Instagram (@littleluxuryfoods) may know I've been feeling a little under the weather the last couple of days, think I've got the flu - not nice! But anyway, I decided to make this delicious, refreshing and Vitamin C filled smoothie to start my day off nicely. Seriously easy to make and only a few ingredients.

What you'll need:

-3 Satsuma oranges
-1 Handful of fresh raspberries
-A glug (technical measurement term there for you) of Alpro unsweetened almond milk
-1 Tablespoon of Linwoods milled flaxseed, sunflower, pumpkin, sesame seeds and goji berries
-Bee pollen (for topping - optional)

How to make:

Start by peeling the oranges and giving the raspberries a quick rinse. Place the fruit into the nutribullet, along with the almond milk and the milled seeds mix. Whizz it all up for a about a minute or so until it's nice and smooth. Pour into your glass or jamjar of choice, sprinkle with some bee pollen and enjoy!

So simple, but very quick and easy to make!
