Chocolate & Coconut Granola

Breakfast and chocolate are 2 of my favourite things, so this chocolate coconut granola paired with some soya yoghurt and fresh fruit is just a perfect way to start my day. This is such an easy recipe and takes minutes to prepare and cook.

What you'll need:

-150g gluten free oats
-1 heaped tablespoon of coconut oil
-2tbsp agave nectar
-100g dessicated coconut
-70g sunflower seeds
-2 tbsp cocoa powder

How to make:
Pre-heat your oven to 180 fan

Start by melting the coconut oil then add in the cocoa powder and agave nectar and mix together over a low heat. Measure out all the dry ingredients into a bowl and combine by mixing all together. Then simply pour over the wet ingredients and give everything a good mix together. Line a baking tray with some baking parchment paper then bake in the over for about 10 minutes making sure you give it a good mix half way through cooking. Cook until golden brown and slightly crunchy. Allow to cool before serving/storing.
