Super Seedy Granola

Making your own granola is super easy and is so much better for you; shop bought cereals contain seriously high levels of sugar. This way, you know exactly what goes into your granola and it will save you money too.
This is such an easy recipe and is great to make in big batches ready for whenever you need it. I make mine on a Sunday and divide it into healthy sized portions to take with me into work. Once made, store in an air tight jar or container to keep it fresh and tasting delicious!

What you'll need:

150g gluten free oats
1 heaped tablespoon coconut oil melted
2 tablespoons agave
50g sunflower seeds
50g pumpkin
1 tablespoon chia seeds
100g sultanas

How to make:
Pre-heat your oven to 180 fan.
Measure out all the dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix all together. Melt the coconut oil until it's all melted then add to the dry ingredients and mix in. Then add in the agave nectar and mix again. Line a baking tray with parchment paper then pour the mixture onto the tray and spread out evenly. Bake in the oven for around 10 minutes making sure you give it a good mix half way through cooking. Cook until golden brown and slightly crunchy. Allow to cool before serving/storing.

Such a great way to start any day! Hope you enjoy it.
