Blueberry Smoothie Bowl


What you'll need:

-2tbsp Alpro soya yoghurt (I used plain)
-1/2 a punnet of fresh blueberries
-Puffed quinoa by BiOFAIR
-Pistachios
-Fresh strawberries
-Chia seeds


How to make:

Using a Nutribullet, whiz up the blueberries (setting a few aside for topping) with the soya yoghurt until all the blueberries have broken down. Simply pour into a bowl and top will all the delicious toppings. The combination of all the different flavours is so delicious and will keep you full until lunch time.
