Matcha Green Tea & White Chocolate Cookies


What you'll need:
-1tbsp matcha green tea powder by Rawbear
-200g ground almonds 
-50g ground pistachios
-175g dairy free White chocolate 
-3tbsp coconut oil
-3tbsp maple syrup 
-1tsp vanilla paste
-Pinch of salt
-1/2tsp baking powder (gf)

Super Seedy Granola


Making your own granola is super easy and is so much better for you; shop bought cereals contain seriously high levels of sugar. This way, you know exactly what goes into your granola and it will save you money too.
This is such an easy recipe and is great to make in big batches ready for whenever you need it. I make mine on a Sunday and divide it into healthy sized portions to take with me into work. Once made, store in an air tight jar or container to keep it fresh and tasting delicious!

A Proper Good Snack

Last week I received an extremely exciting trunk of goodies from PROPERCORN - I have to say, the packaging itself is enough to make you want to dive straight in and start eating. Smooth Peanut & Almond - The ‘coffee and a catch-up’ type. This is PROPERCORN’s latest and (in my opinion) most delicious flavour. It’s sweet enough to satisfy those of you with even the sweetest of tooth's and best of all it tastes exactly like peanut butter! It’s always far too tempting when you meet up with a mate for a coffee and a good old natter to pick up a slice of cake or a muffin on the side but with this new flavour, it's the perfect pairing with a coffee and it won't leave you feeling guilty afterwards. Sounds pretty perfect to me.
