What you'll need:
-Gluten free oats
-Soya milk
-Frozen blueberries (about a handful)
-Fresh pomegranate
Pistachios (dry roasted, don't buy salted/flavoured)
-Chia seeds
-Agave nectar
How to make:
Quite simply add the oats and the milk into a saucepan and simmer over a low heat for a few minutes, make sure to stir it so it doesn't stick or go gloopy. Cook long enough so that the oats soften up. Now for the best bit, sprinkle and drizzle all the toppings over the hot creamy porridge, then tuck in! So simple to make but makes for the perfect morning wake up call.
