Blueberry Breakfast Bowl


Sometimes it's the simplest of breakfasts that can be the best and this delicious bowl of goodness is just that.

What you'll need:

- Alpro soya plain and almond yoghurt
- 1 small apple
- A handful of blueberries
- 1tsp agave nectar
- Homemade Hearty Granola


Start by stewing the blueberries in a non-stick pan with a splash of water and the agave nectar, allow to simmer on a low heat for a few minutes until the fruit starts to soften and all the juices start to run and turn syrupy.
Add a few heaped spoonfuls of soya yoghurt into a bowl, thinly slice up some apple, add the stewed blueberries and sprinkle with a spoonful (or 2) of granola.
