Banana & Blueberry Cake

The great thing about baking goodies like this one is that not only is it a paleo and gluten free recipe but it tastes absolutely divine. It’s a beautifully light, moist and fluffy cake and will go down a treat with a nice hot cup of tea. Chicken, Apricot & Quinoa Salad

I must admit, this was inspired by a recent talk I attended at my place of work which focussed on the effect of blood sugars on mental concentration, emotional balance and physical performance. Such a delicious dish and so quick and easy to throw together.

Blueberry Breakfast Bowl

Sometimes it's the simplest of breakfasts that can be the best and this delicious bowl of goodness is just that.

What you'll need:

- Alpro soya plain and almond yoghurt
- 1 small apple
- A handful of blueberries
- 1tsp agave nectar
- Homemade Hearty Granola
