This is a great dish to serve up at bbq's or girly lunches as a side salad.
What you'll need:
-Wholegrain brown rice
-Flaked almonds
-Sunflower seeds
-Soft dried cranberries
-Fresh basil leaves
-Olive oil
-Balsamic vinegar
How to make:
Cook some rice (about a cup's worth) and then allow it to cool. Add about a handful of both the flaked almonds and the sunflower seeds. Then chop up about a handful of dried cranberries. Pick some fresh basil leaves and chop up. Add in a drizzle of olive oil and a splash of balsamic vinegar. Give it all a good stir and serve up.
