Caramel 'Bounty' Bars

I never really used to be a massive fan of Bounty chocolate bars, but recently I have really started to like coconut. So, naturally I decided to make my own version. Here they are, with a slight caramel twist, I hope you like them! So easy to make as well:

What you'll need:
(Rough measurements for this recipe - Add ingredients as required to get a sticky consistency) Makes 3 bars

-100g Desiccated coconut
-2tsp Hey Boo - Caramel Coconut
-3tbsp Agave nectar
-50g 85% Dark chocolate

How to make:

Place all the ingredients (minus the chocolate) into a bowl and mix together thoroughly. Once mixed, take about a tablespoon amount of the mixture and shape into bars. Once you have a rough shape use 2 knives to help shape the sides so they stay nice and flat. Place the bars onto a plate lined with baking paper, then pop them into the freezer for a few hours, turn them over after a while so all the sides set properly.
Then, simply melt the chocolate (either in the microwave or over a bain-marie) allow it to cool a little before using, then drop the bars into the chocolate and roll them over so all sides are covered. Place back onto the plate and back into the freezer for an hour or so and that's it! So simple but so yummy.
